Housing- There is a housing crisis that seems to get worse with each passing year. From skyrocketing rent prices, lack of affordable housing and even more the people who grew up in the Richmond District unable to move back because of the increased cost of living. If you spent the majority of childhood living in the area, you should be able to move back and have and find an Apt to rent at an affordable price. For property owners/landlords, there are also needs to protections for them, especially when facing a Pandemic like COVID19, where many of tenants are getting rent deferment. Ultimately Property Owners/Landlords still have to pay their mortgages.
